RADNOR, PA – After posting one of their best finishes in the Colonial States Athletic Conference championship meet in eight years, the Cabrini men's and women's cross country teams will look to continue their climb in the league standings in 2017.
The Cavaliers will open the season on Sept. 1 at the Temple University Invitational at Belmont Plateau. One day later, the Blue and White will host the CSAC Preview Meet at Cheslen Preserve in Coatesville, PA.
On Sept. 16, Cabrini will travel to Mullica Hill, NJ for the Rowan University Bill Fritz Invitational. The team will face Division I competition on Sept. 30, as it runs in the Paul Short Run at Lehigh University.
The Blue and White will open October at the DeSales University Invitational in Center Valley, PA before returning to New Jersey for the Rowan University Invitational on Oct. 14.
Following two weeks of preparation, the Cavaliers will play host to the 2017 CSAC Championship Meet back at Cheslen Preserve.
Cabrini will close the season in Newville, PA, as it competes in the NCAA Mideast Regional Championships on Nov. 11.

Joe Dare led the Cabrini men to a fourth place finish at the 2016 CSAC Championship meet, the team's best finish since 2008.

Gemma Pasewicz crossed the line in 23rd place, pacing the Blue and White women to a 10th place finish, while junior
Mackenzie Patterson placed 36th.
