RADNOR, PA – The Cabrini men's lacrosse team celebrated Senior Day with a convincing 24-8 win over Moravian College today at Edith Robb Dixon Field.
The Cavaliers' fifth consecutive victory improved the Blue and White to 12-2 overall.
Prior to the opening faceoff, Cabrini honored its 11 seniors,

Riley White.
This class has led the Blue and White to 61 victories, including a perfect 25-0 mark in conference contests, three conference titles and four NCAA Tournament wins.
The Blue and White boasted a balanced attack that outshot the Greyhounds 58-26, as 13 Cavaliers marked the scoring column. Krug scored a game-high four goals, while Morgan joined junior
Mike Gerzabek and sophomore
Griffin Shira with three goals each. Gerzabek also notched three assists.

Tyler Moschella marked the scoring column twice.
The Cavaliers controlled the faceoff spot, sparking their offensive attack. Sophomore
Luke McCallion went 11-16 with a team-high six ground balls and a goal, while freshman
Jake Huey won nine of his 12 changes and scooped five ground balls.
Defensively, the Cavaliers pressured the Greyhounds into 20 turnovers, with 12 of them forced. Junior
Tommy DeLuca led the way with four caused turnovers and four ground balls, while senior
Nick Vass caused a pair and matched Deluca with four loose balls.
Three Blue and White netminders manned the Cabrini cage on the day, with White earning the victory after recording four saves.
Cabrini built an early lead, but could not pull away from the Greyhounds until the final minute of the first quarter.
Holding a 4-2 lead, junior
Jakob Klein and Morgan scored in the final minute of the opening period, pushing the lead to 6-2. The Cavaliers carried their momentum into the second quarter, when it outscored Moravian 7-0. Krug's goal with 16 seconds left in the half extended Cabrini's lead to 13-2 at the half.
Senior Mark Laratta led the Greyhounds (7-6) with three goals and two assists, while classmate urt Dick recorded seven saves in the loss.
The Cavaliers will return to Atlantic East conference action on Wednesday, when they play host to Marymount University (6-9, 4-1 Atlantic East). The opening faceoff is slated for 4pm at Edith Robb Dixon Field.
