The Wolverines power was on display in the opener, as Nina Marcano and Kayla Fromal blasted home runs in the victory.
Amber Dietrich led Cabrini with a 3-4 outing with two runs scored, while
Steph Diegel drove in a pair of runs. Five Wolverines recorded two hits, with Fromal and Breanna Hartman combining for five RBI.
The power show continued in the night cap, as the teams combined for four homers and six extra base hits. Trailing 5-1 midway through the fourth inning, Dietrich and
Kaitlyn Cooper notched two run homers in the bottom of the fourth to even the game, but a sixth inning single drove in the winning run for Wesley.
Diegel joined Dietrich and Cooper with home runs in the loss, as all nine Cavaliers recorded at least one base hit.
Sarah Sanders had a monster game for the Wolverines, going 3-3 with a three run homer in the third, a two RBI double in the fourth and the game-winning single in the sixth.

The Cavaliers plated three runs on just two base hits in the bottom of the third to break open a 2-1 game, as sophomore
Jess Redding joined Cintron and
Darian Caputo with RBI's.
Freshman hurler
Grace Stairiker made the lead stand, as the rookie surrendered just four hits with three strike outs. Eight Cavaliers accounted for the team's nine hits, with sophomore
Amber Seamen posting a pair of doubles, while Cintron drove in two runs.
Cabrini built a seemingly comfortable 3-0 lead in the nightcap, before a two-run home highlighted a three run sixth for Keystone, leveling the game at 3-3. The tie was short, as Caputo blasted a three run shot over the center field wall to secure the victory.
Scheuren earned the victory stranding nine runners including. The sophomore scattered seven hits with six strike outs and left the bases loaded in the third and seventh innings. Caputo went 2-3 in the win with two runs scored and three RBI, while sophomore
Olivia Young recorded two base knocks.
Wesley Last Time Out: Stevenson 2, Wesley 1 (8 innings); Stevenson 8, Wesley 5 (4/3/2019, Owings Mills, MD)
Junior Karina Cardona put the Wolverines ahead in the fourth inning with a solo homer. Unfortunately, it marked on of just three hits for Wesley in the loss. Stevenson evened the score in the bottom of the sixth before earning the walkoff victory with a RBI single in the bottom of the eight.
Sophomore Dori Loukopoulos suffered the tough loss, despite allowing just one earned run on five hits in seven plus innings.
In the nightcap, Wesley built an early lead with two runs in the top of the first. Stevenson responded with one in the second and three in the third. The teams exchanged runs in the fourth and fifth, but a three spot in the bottom of the sixth proved to be too much for the Wolverines to overcome.
Senior Ashley Royer went 3-4 with two RBI and two runs scored, while freshman Jessica Anderson gave up four earned runs on seven hits in five innings in the losing effort.
