RADNOR, PA – The Cabrini men's lacrosse team put its high-powered offense on display today, as the #6 Cavaliers cruised to a 23-3 win over Neumann at Edith Robb Dixon Field.
The Blue and White fourth consecutive victory improved the team to 6-1 overall and 4-0 in the Atlantic East Conference.
Senior
Jake Klein etched his name in the program annuls today, as the senior notched nine points on two goals and seven dimes to surpass the 200 career point plateau, becoming the 13th Cavalier to join the elite club.
Senior
Matt LoParo, sophomore
River Harper and freshmen
Max Drift and
Bryan Rafferty added three goals each, with the rookies each adding an assist. Four other Cavaliers notched two markers, including senior
Mike Gerzabek, juniors
Kyle Tucker and
Griffin Shira and freshman

While the offense was clicking on all cylinders, the defense stymied any attempts by the Knights to find offensive rhythm, pressuring the visitors into 23 turnovers and just 13-23 in clearing attempts.
Twelve Cavaliers accounted for the team's 12 caused turnovers. Among the group was senior
Bobby Cressman who added five ground balls, one more than junior

Despite the Knights netting each of their three goals in the second quarter, the Cavaliers pushed their lead to 19-3 at the half after outshooting Neumann 39-9 in the opening 30 minutes.
