RADNOR, Pa. –
The Cabrini women's soccer team captured its second straight win Saturday, silencing Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) Keystone College 3-0 at Edith Robb Dixon Field. Following the match, seniors Jen Burke, Nikki Duggan, Chrissy Regan, Christina Romano, Brittany Shields and Collette Walsh were honored with family, friends and coaches for their four years dedicated to the program.

The Cavaliers return to the .500 level overall after recording 35 totals shots against the Giants. Regan led the attack with six shots. Romano and junior Jenna Laufenberg each registered four shots.

Despite Cabrini's relentless pressure in the offensive zone, Keystone goalkeeper Kelsey Kuhns kept the Cavaliers' offense at bay through the first 45 minutes, tallying 17 saves.

Regan broke the scoring stalemate in the 47th minute, depositing her second goal of the season. The offensive chance was created by a shot from Duggan that deflected off the crossbar and right on the doorstep.

The Cavaliers' lead grew to two goals after freshman Kara Hinkelmon scored at the 62:52 mark. Hinkelmon's sixth goal of the season was set-up by a cross from Walsh.

Cabrini added an insurance goal in the 71st minute. Freshman Sammy Thompson converted a shot from 15-yards out on a pass from Romano at the top of the box.

The Cavaliers staked claim to a commanding 12-0 advantage in corners.

Sophomore goalkeeper Gianna Porretta collected her fourth shutout of the season and second in two games without making one save.

Cabrini (8-8-0, 5-3-0) resumes its CSAC schedule Tuesday, October 28 against Neumann College at 3:30 p.m. The match will be played at Monsignor Bonner High School in Drexel Hill, Pa.
