Senior shooting guard Kristy Cramp powered the Griffins attack, recording a team-high 16 points on 5-for-6 shooting. Cramp knocked down 4-of-5 three-point attempts.

Junior forward Jackie Dooley tallied 14 points and corralled six rebounds.

The Cavaliers trailed for the first time at halftime since December 31 against Elizabethtown College after shooting just 26.9 percent from the floor overall.

The loss also pulls Gwynedd-Mercy into within one game of the Blue & Gray in the CSAC North Division standings.

Prior to the game, first-year head coach Bernadette Laukaitis and the Cavaliers' coaching staff honored the program's nine seniors for their hard work and dedication throughout the last four seasons.

The departing group of seniors was part of one NCAA Tournament appearance, one CSAC Tournament championship and 67 victories overall to-date.

Cabrini (16-4, 11-1) continues its CSAC schedule Monday with its final home game of the 2008-09 season. The Cavaliers welcome the College of Notre Dame to Nerney Field House at 6 p.m.
