RADNOR, Pa. –
The Cabrini women's basketball team returned to its winning ways with a 58-39 victory against Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) foe Keystone College Thursday night in Nerney Field House. Senior combo guard Kate Walck totaled a team-best 16 points for the Cavaliers in the victory.

Walck shot 7-for-10 from the floor overall, scoring in double figures for the fifth straight game. She also grabbed six rebounds and blocked three shots.

Junior guard Julie Bonomo added added a season-high 12 points in 23 minutes as a reserve, shooting 4-for-7 overall and 3-for-6 from long range.

Senior floor leader Deana DiAmico guided the Cavaliers offense with nine points and nine assists. She also grabbed a team-best seven rebounds.

Cabrini led by 19 points at halftime behind a 50.0 percent shooting clip. The Cavaliers' defense held the Giants to a paltry 22.6 percent shooting performance in the opening 20 minutes.

The Blue & White owned a game-high 24 point advantage, 46-22, with 13:11 remaining the second half. The Keystone offense never found a rhythm as the Cavaliers forced 24 turnovers and blocked a season-high 13 shots.

Behind Bonomo and eight points from senior forward Kasey Agostinacchio, Cabrini out-scored the Giants, 23-6, off the bench. Agostinacchio saw her first game action since Dec. 1 versus Baptist Bible College due to an injury.

Keystone junior guard Ellen Fallon led all scorers with 20 points, but she needed 18 shots to get there. Fallon swiped six steals and grabbed five boards. Senior forward Jasmeen Bates totaled 11 points and nine rebounds.

In conjunction with the men's doubleheader Thursday, the Cabrini women and men's squads hosted “Team Danzi Night”. All admissions and concessions proceeds benefitted the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

Cabrini (6-6, 4-1) resumes its CSAC regular season slate Saturday at home against Rosemont College. Game time against the Ravens is set for 1 p.m.
