Box Score ITHACA, N.Y. – The Cabrini volleyball team splits its two matches today at Ithaca College's Bomber Invitational in Ithaca, N.Y.  

After the long drive, the Cavaliers took the court against Union College ready to play.  The Blue and White won the first two games 25-19 and 25-20.  Union rallied to take games three and four 25-20 and 25-23.  Union secured the match victory with a 15-13 fifth game win.

Cabrini then returned the favor to local rival Widener University.  The Cavaliers fell behind after dropping the match's first two games, 25-20 and 25-15.  The Blue and White changed the game's momentum to secure 26-24 and 25-20 wins to even the match at 2-2.  It took a few extra points but the Cavaliers completed the comeback with a 17-15 win in the fifth set.

The Blue and White will face St. John Fisher at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.  St. John Fisher lost to both Union and Widener 3-0 today.  Cabrini will play a fourth match of the event sometime in the afternoon against an opponent to be determined.
