RADNOR, Pa. – The Cabrini women's basketball team stayed unbeaten in Colonial States Athletic Conference play with tonight's 79-24 win over the visiting Baptist Bible College Defenders at Nerney Field house.  The victory improved the Cavaliers to 9-3 overall and 4-0 in conference action.

Fifteen Cavaliers saw significant action in tonight's game, each tallying at least one point, rebound or assist.  Four players notched double figure scoring led by sophomore Meghan Martin, who scored a career high 16 points on 6-9 shooting.  Junior Megan Decker added 13 points and five steals.

Junior Amber Keys posted her second double-double of the season, pairing 11 points and 11 rebounds in just 13 minutes on the floor.  Sophomore Kristina Startare his three of her six three point attempts, ending the night with 10 points. Freshman Tayler Holmes secured a career high six rebounds to go with her seven points.  

The Blue and White tallied 22 assists on 32 field goals and committed a season-low five turnovers.  Decker, Startare and Holmes posted three helpers each, while Martin, sophomore Dana Peterson, senior Annie Rivituso and freshman Meghan Barth added two each.

Cabrini dominated the paint, outscoring the Defenders 34-10 in the lane and posted 19 second chance points on 17 offensive rebounds.  The Blue and White's 20 steals also matched a season-high.

Freshman Erika Longwell led the Defenders (0-7, 0-3 CSAC) with eight points, while sophomore Maeghin Mueller grabbed eight rebounds.  

The Cavaliers will return to action on Saturday when they welcome Centenary College (4-7, 2-1 CSAC) to Nerney Field House for the progam's annual Alumni Day.  The day's action will begin at 11:00 a.m. with the women's alumni game.  The Blue and White will take the court at 2:00 p.m. follow by the Cabrini men's game against the Cyclones.  The men's alumni game will start at 6:00 p.m.
