Scouting the Saints
With this being the first ever meeting between Cabrini and the Saints, we'll take a brief look at what they bring to the table.
Marymount is coming off a 4-1 victory over Gallaudet University on Monday, giving them four wins in their last six matches. The Saints seem to be hitting their stride at the right time as teams dig into their conference slate, particularly after a slow start in which Marymount dropped their first eight matches and were outscored 23-2 during that span.
Junior forward Karen Reyes paces the Saints' offense as she's tallied a team best seven goals, five assists and 19 points. Reyes also holds a healthy lead in shots with 53, more than double that of the next closest Saint.

Cabrini Last Time Out: Garces Powers Cavs to 3-1 Victory Over Knights (10/13/18)
The Cabrini women's soccer team celebrated a 3-1 victory on Homecoming last Saturday thanks to a strong effort from sophomore Alex Garces.
Garces needed just two shots on the day to tally a pair of goals to help propel the Cavaliers over the visiting Neumann University Knights.
Freshman
Kelly Kane tallied the Cavs' third and final goal in the 64th minute to round of the scoring. Classmate
Kaitryn Cloud paced the Blue and White with three shots, although none of them found the back of the net. In total, Cabrini held a 12-4 advantage in shots, including a 6-2 advantage in shots on goal, and a 3-2 advantage in corner kicks.
Marymount Last Time Out: Saints Take 4-1 Victory Over Gallaudet (10/15/18, Arlington, VA)
Both sides were aggressive in the first half. The Saints outshot the Bison 8-5. This early aggression lead to two goals for the Saints, and one for the Bison.
Karen Reyes got things going for the Saints early in the 11th minute. Reyes received a through ball, from Madison Grehawick that gave her a one-on-one opportunity with the Bison net minder. Reyes dragged the ball back, making the goal keeper dive in the wrong direction, giving her an open shot on goal for a Marymount lead, 1-0.
Still seeking another goal, Caroline Phillips notched her second of the year. An assist by Gretel Bonilla found Phillips for a wide open goal.
After halftime, the Saints knocked in two more goals before the end of the game. Grehawick was in the right spot at the right time, to put away a clean up goal inside the six-yard box. The second goal of the half came from 32 yards out, off the foot of Mary Catherine Treuting.
Marymount used all three of their goal keepers to hold off the Bison. Sydney Sherman made her ninth start of the season, and recorded her second win. Madison Foltz came into the game midway through the first half. She lead the Saints in saves, with three on the night. Sydney Schultz was subbed in just minutes into the second half. Combined, the Marymount goalkeepers made five saves.
