The Cavaliers will celebrate their senior class of 2018 at today's game against Rosemont. Cavalier athletics would like to thank seniors Sabrina Hackendorn, Caroline Price, Brittany Runyen, Kate Skalski and manager Paige Wagner for their contributions and commitment to excellence during their time in the Blue and White.

These ladies have carried the standard of excellence at Cabrini by collecting 79 victories, including a 54-7 record in Colonial States Athletic Conference games, and the 2014 and 2015 CSAC Championships. Together they have accounted for 983 points, 552 rebounds and 168 assists in their 229 games played.

From all of Cabrini Nation, thank you.

Last Meeting: Defense shines in 74-53 victory (1/9/18)
On a night where four different Cavs recorded at least 10 points, it was the defense that shined brightest as the Blue and White held the Ravens to just 18-of-61 (29.5%) shooting on their home court. The Cavaliers also tallied 10 steals, six blocks and outrebounded the Ravens by an impressive 55-to-31 margin to round out their stalwart defense.

Freshman Kate Lannon paced the Cavs with 17 points, highlighted by a trio of threes, as well as nine rebounds in just 19 minutes of action, while classmate Lexi Edwards added 10 points. Junior Sabrina Hackendorn collected her third double-double on the year as she paired 14 points with 10 boards. Sophomore Meghan Matthews did a little bit of everything as she finished with 13 points, seven boards, four assists, two blocks and two steals.

Leading just 37-30 at the half, the Blue and White would alleviate any fear of a comeback during the third quarter as Lannon and classmate Kate King, along with sophomore Cassidy Gallagher each drilled a three to highlight an 11-to-3 run to put Cabrini back up comfortably, 51-36. Cabrini would add 21 points across the final stanza to widen the gap and cruise to the 74-53 final.

Cabrini Last Time Out: Cavs outmatch Gators for comfortable road win (2/7/18)
The Cavaliers held the Gators to just 15 field goals on the night, highlighted by Notre Dame's 0-for-15 mark from beyond the arc. Tonight's 72-34 victory was also the Cavs' second 30+ point victory over the Gators this season.

Senior Kate Skalski paced the Blue and White with 17 points in just 17 minutes, as she hit 5-of-6 from down town and 6-of-7 from the field. Sophomore Meghan Matthews finished with 13 points and five assists, while senior Sabrina Hackendorn added 10 points in 16 minutes. Freshman Kate King dished out a career high seven assists coming off the bench.

Cabrini matched their first half output in quarters three and four as they added another 36 points across the final 20 minutes of action. The defense, however allowed just 14 second half points, highlighted by just four points and nine forced turnovers in the final 10 minutes of play.

Rosemont Last Time Out: Rough third quarter dooms Ravens against Knights (2/7/18)
Rosemont was able to hang tough in the first half against Neumann on Wednesday night. The third quarter, however, proved to be a whole different story.

The Knights posted a 38-9 advantage in the third 10-minute segment and eventually rolled to a 89-65 win over the Ravens Wednesday night in a Colonial States Athletic Conference women's basketball contest.

The Ravens shot just 25% from beyond the arch in the second half after drilling 50% in the first half and committed a total of 18 turnovers en route to the 89-65 final.
