Last Meeting: Defense shines in 74-53 victory (1/9/18)
On a night where four different Cavs recorded at least 10 points, it was the defense that shined brightest as the Blue and White held the Ravens to just 18-of-61 (29.5%) shooting on their home court. The Cavaliers also tallied 10 steals, six blocks and outrebounded the Ravens by an impressive 55-to-31 margin to round out their stalwart defense.
Freshman
Kate Lannon paced the Cavs with 17 points, highlighted by a trio of threes, as well as nine rebounds in just 19 minutes of action, while classmate
Lexi Edwards added 10 points. Junior
Sabrina Hackendorn collected her third double-double on the year as she paired 14 points with 10 boards. Sophomore
Meghan Matthews did a little bit of everything as she finished with 13 points, seven boards, four assists, two blocks and two steals.
Leading just 37-30 at the half, the Blue and White would alleviate any fear of a comeback during the third quarter as Lannon and classmate
Kate King, along with sophomore
Cassidy Gallagher each drilled a three to highlight an 11-to-3 run to put Cabrini back up comfortably, 51-36. Cabrini would add 21 points across the final stanza to widen the gap and cruise to the 74-53 final.

The Cavaliers held the Gators to just 15 field goals on the night, highlighted by Notre Dame's 0-for-15 mark from beyond the arc. Tonight's 72-34 victory was also the Cavs' second 30+ point victory over the Gators this season.
Senior

Meghan Matthews finished with 13 points and five assists, while senior

Kate King dished out a career high seven assists coming off the bench.
Cabrini matched their first half output in quarters three and four as they added another 36 points across the final 20 minutes of action. The defense, however allowed just 14 second half points, highlighted by just four points and nine forced turnovers in the final 10 minutes of play.
Rosemont Last Time Out: Rough third quarter dooms Ravens against Knights (2/7/18)
