Cabrini Last Time Out: Offense Silenced at Washington College (9/25/18)
The Shorewomen, who entered Tuesday's match with just one loss, stifled the Cabrini attack as they didn't allow a shot on goal and held the Cavs to just a pair of corner kicks. Despite not landing a shot on goal, the Cavs did register nine shots, led by sophomores Alex Garces and Brittany Purdy who tallied two each.

After an even first half that ended in a stalemate knotted at zero, the Shorewomen broke through in the 57th minute to take to 1-0 lead thanks to a goal from Arianna Sabatino. Sabatino took the feed from Lauren Neary and pushed it past Cabrini sophomore keeper Ashley Tutzauer. Tutzauer would finish the game with five saves.

The Shorewomen would add some insurance 20 minutes later and push their lead to 3-0 following a pair of goals from Erin O'Riley in the 70th and 73rd minute.

Cabrini would threaten, but was ultimately held without a shot the remainder of the match.

Lehman Last Time Out: Lightning Cruise to 6-0 Victory Over York (9/22/18)
A hat-trick from sophomore midfielder Melanie Siranaula led Lehman College women's soccer team to a 6-0 home victory over conference rival York College on Saturday afternoon.

The Lightning outshot the Cardinals 23-1 as sophomore goalkeeper Rebecca Gritz didn't need to make a save to earn her third shutout of season.

Sophomore forward Emily Herrera got Lehman's offense going with a tally in sixth minute off an assist from freshman defender Micaela Canapa.  Then six minutes later Siranaula notched her first of three goals on the game with a shot that went off the hands of York's goalkeeper Stephanie Gutierrez.

Senior midfielder Daisy Gomez made it 4-0 for the Lightning when she scored her fourth goal of the season in the 19th minute-mark.

After Siranaula had her second tally in 55th minute, senior midfielder Daniela Castro scored her first goal of the season after grabbing a loose ball in 74th minute.
Siranaula closed out the scoring for Lehman with her third goal of the match with eight minutes remaining off an assist from Herrera.
