The Cougars, who entered the game sporting a 7-1 overall record, struggled to handle the Cavaliers' stingy defense as they were limited to just 28.6 percent from the floor. The first quarter highlighted the Cougars' struggles as they connected on just 2 of 15 field goal attempts.Â
The Blue and Whit took full advantage, building a 17-4 lead after 10 minutes of action and led 44-19 at the half.

Lexi Edwards and freshman
Miranda Liebtag rounded out the scorers in double figures with 11 and 10 points, respectively.Â
Arcadia Last Time Out: Arcadia 73, Lebanon Valley 65Â (12/17/19)
Sydney Cyr and Holly Daveski combined for nine points in the first 2:32 to get the Knights off to a quick start in the opening quarter, as Daveski ultimately finished the first a perfect 4-for-4 from the field as Arcadia took a 21-13 lead into the second quarter.
Lebanon Valley opened the second quarter on a 7-1 run to make it a one-possession game before cutting the deficit to one with 1:37 remaining in the half, but a jumper from Taylor Dunn in the paint in the final seconds of the opening half - marking her 1,000th career point - sent the Knights to halftime with a five-point lead.
Arcadia held the Dutchmen scoreless over the final 3:45 of the third quarter to extend its lead to ten heading into the final ten minutes of regulation, as Dunn continued to pace the Knight offense with a game-high 16 points at the time. The Knights continued to keep the pressure on in the final quarter - leading by as many as a game-high 11 - before cruising to the eight-point victory.
Eastern Last Time Out: Eastern 80, PSU Abington 51 (12/14/19)
The Eagles made only 4-of-17 shots in the opening quarter but used solid defense to hold a 13-10 lead.
Eastern held a narrow five point advantage with just over 70 seconds left in the first half until Minika Glenn converted a three-point play to put the Eagles up 27-19. The Eagles capped the first stanza with an exclamation point thanks to a buzzer beating triple from Da'Naziah Brown for the 34-19 lead.Â
Eastern rode that momentum throughout the second half, highlighted by a 29 point third quarter, en route to the eventual 80-51 final.Â
Eastern's Kay Wulah paced the Eagles with 18 points and nine rebounds, while Brown collected a double double thanks to 15 points and 10 rebounds.Â
Rowan Last Time Out: Rowan 77, Immaculata 62 (12/18/19)
The Profs used a wire to wire victory over the Mighty Macs to improve to 9-1 on the season.Â
Following a 19-10 Rowan advantage after the opening stanza, the Profs rattled off a 15-3 run to take a commanding 34-13 lead with just over two minutes remaining in the half. The Mighty Macs responded, however with a 7-4 spurt to trim their deficit to 18 points at the intermission.Â
Already leading comfortably, the Profs continued to add to their lead in the third quarter as they pushed the score to 64-41. Despite being outscored by the Mighty Macs in the fourth quarter, Rowan would cruise to the eventual 77-62 victory.Â
In total, the Profs had five players that finished in double figures. Grace Marshall tallied a team high 15 points, while Alexis Kriley followed with 14 points and seven rebounds. Nicole Mallard added a double double thanks to 12 points and 11 boards.
