Women's Basketball Alumni Game
The women's basketball team will host their annual alumni game at 11am Saturday morning prior to their contest against Wesley.

The Cavs offense came alive in their last matchup against the Wolverines as they had four players tally at least 15 points. Senior
Meghan Matthews paced the Blue and White with a team high 20 points and 12 rebounds. Juniors
Lexi Edwards,
Kate Lannon and
Ashley Tutzauer added 15 points each, with Lannon chipping in eight rebounds.
The defense was equally as dominant as they forced 30 Wesley turnovers, while limiting the Wolverines to 21.4 percent from the floor in the first half.
Monshea Newsome-Murr and Sydney Pedersen led the hosts with 11 points each. Newsome-Murr added a team best 11 rebounds to collect the doulbe double.
Cabrini Last Time Out: Cabrini 81, Marywood 54 (1/22/2020, Scranton, PA)
A total of five different Cavaliers tallied double figures, led by junior
Kate Lannon's 14 points. Senior
Meghan Matthews filled the stat sheet with 13 points, eight assists and seven rebounds, while rookies
Miranda Liebtag and
Hannah Fenstermacher added 11 points each. Junior
Ashley Tutzauer rounded out the Cavs in double figures with 10 points.
The Blue and White opened the game with a quick basket from Lannon on their opening possession and pushed their lead to 8-2 following a triple from junior
Lexi Edwards. After layup and free throw from Marywood's Aryah Aungst to trim the hosts lead the three, the Cavs rattled off a 12-2 run to close the quarter. Tutzauer punctuated the spurt with a jumper with six seconds left on the clock.
Cabrini would stay hot to start the second stanza as they opened the new frame with an 8-2 run to push their lead to 19 points at 28-9. A Tutzauer layup and Liebtag jumper sandwiched a Pacers' basket to extend the Cavs' lead to 23 points with 3:26 left in the half. Marywood would go on to end the half with a 7-2 run of their own to trim their deficit to 44-26.
The Blue and White would continue to add to their lead throughout the second half, ultimately extending their cushion to a game high 31 points following a jumper from freshman
Sydney Kesselman with 3:27 left in the game.
Wesley Last Time Out: Marywood 85, Wesley 57 (1/18/2020, Dover, DE)
The Wolverines kept pace with Marywood throughout the first quarter as the stanza ended 19-14 in favor of the Pacers. Turnovers ultimately proved costly beyond the opening frame, however as Marywood would extend their lead to a 70-42 advantage by the end of the third quarter.
In total, the Wolverines offense turned the ball over 29 times, leading to 37 points for the visiting Pacers.
Jourdyn Beverly tallied a team best 19 points and seven rebounds for Wesley, while Megan Shacklock added nine points.
