LANCASTER, Pa. – The Cabrini volleyball team suffered two losses on day two at the Franklin & Marshall College Tournament versus Lebanon Valley College and the host Diplomats. Sophomore libero Courtney Abel was named to the all-tournament team.

Abel collected nine digs in the Cavaliers' 3-0 loss to the Dutchwomen and a team-high 11 digs in a 3-0 setback against Franklin & Marshall. Last night in a 3-0 victory versus Stevenson University, she recorded 12 digs.

Against Lebanon Valley, junior middle Stephanie Recklau fueled the Cavaliers' offense with a club-best 11 kills on just 19 attempts. Senior setter Lizzie Williams notched her fourth double-double of the season with 21 assists and 10 digs.

Versus the Diplomats, Williams served 23 assists. Gillespie led the Cabrini attack with seven kills, while Recklau, sophomore outside Alexis Doss and freshman opposite Megan Ryan each totaled five kills.

Cabrini (14-6, 5-0) resumes its Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) regular schedule Wednesday, October 7 at home against Gwynedd-Mercy College. Match time is set for 7 p.m.
