Last Meeting: Cabrini 26, Immaculata 8 (4/22/2017, Immaculata, PA)
The Cavaliers recorded nine of the game's first 10 goals and led 14-3 at the half, as they cruised to a 26-8 victory.  Fifteen Cavaliers marked the scoring column, as the Blue and White matched season-highs 26 goals and 43 shots on goal.

Junior Jordan Krug led Cabrini with four goals, while senior Ethan Trusty scored three goals and joined sophomore Drew Hanna and junior Timmy Brooks with three points each. Sophomore Ty Kostack paired two goals and a game-high three helpers.

Senior Riley Michaels went 11-13 at the faceoff spot and secured five ground balls, one more than classmate Josh Moore, while seven Cavaliers combined for the team's seven caused turnovers.

Seniors Mike Reardon and Tyler Black scored two goals each for the Mighty Macs, while senior Brian Shultis and sophomore Ethan Johnson scooped four ground balls each. Sophomore goaltender Denton States notched 17 saves in the loss.

Cabrini Last Time Out: Cabrini 18, Marywood 2 (4/21/ 2018, Scranton, PA)
Krug and Brooks combined to score the game's first five goals, as Cabrini built a 7-1 lead after 15 minutes of action. The Blue and White stayed hot in the second period, netting six goals on 13 shots to extend its lead to 13-1 at the half.  

Brooks recorded a career high seven goals, while Krug paired four goals and two assists. Sophomore Jake Klein chipped in with four points, one more than classmate Matt LoParo.

Sophomore Tommy DeLuca caused three turnovers and joined Krug, Brooks and sophomore Mike Gerzabek with four ground balls each. Junior goaltender Riley White paired three saves, six ground balls and two caused turnovers to earn the victory.

Immaculata Last Time Out: Centenary 12, Immaculata 11 (4/21/2018, Immaculata, PA)
After falling behind 7-2 with 6:45 left in the second quarter, Immaculata netted five unanswered goals to even the score at 7-7 midway through the third.  Reardon netted two fourth quarter goals to break a 9-9 deadlock, but the Mighty Macs surrendered the game's final three goals, including the game-winner with 2:34 to play.

Reardon led the Mighty Macs with nine points on seven goals and two assists, while Shultis added two goals and three helpers. Freshman Bobby Bausman went 6-18 at the faceoff spot and paired five ground balls and three caused turnovers.

5 Factors for Cabrini
  • Cabrini has won an NCAA record 114 consecutive CSAC contests, a run that dates back to 2000.
  • The Cavaliers boast the nation's sixth highest scoring offense, scoring 16.33 goals per game, but only Krug ranks among the nation's top 50 goal scorers at 50th.
  • White ranks 28th in Division III with a 7.28 goals against average.
  • The Blue and White has forced at least six turnovers in all 15 games this season, including eight games with at least 10 caused turnovers.
  • Cabrini owns seven of the 10 highest scoring efforts in the CSAC this season, including six games with at least 20 goals and four with 30 points.

5 Factors for Immaculata
  • The Mighty Macs boast one of the nation's top scoring duos, as Reardon and Shultis have combined for 131 points on the season. Shultis' 68 points lead the CSAC, while Reardon ranks third with 63.
  • Senior Kyle Roche has won 118 faceoffs, but scooped just 32 ground balls on the season, sixth on the team.
  • After scoring three goals in 13 appearances as a freshman in 2014, senior Tyler Freas has started Immaculata's last seven games and owns a 11.76 goals against average with 67 saves.
  • The Mighty Macs have recorded more than 40 shots in just four games all season. They are 4-0 in those games and 0-11 when they shoot 40 of fewer times.
  • Immaculata leads the CSAC in penalty kill percentage in league games, killing .500 of its man-down situations.
