What's At Stake?
The winner of tonight's game will advance to Saturday's inaugural Atlantic East Conference championship game, where it will meet the winner of tonight's other semifinal between number two seed Gwynedd Mercy and third seed Marymount.
The Cavaliers are looking to extend their streak of 18 consecutive conference championships, while the Knights are seeking their first league championship berth since 1999.
Last Meeting: No. 7 Cabrini 20, Neumann 5 (4/6/2019, Radnor, PA)
The Cavaliers outshot the Knights 42-13 in the first half, but led just 6-2 at the half. Cabrini found its shooting touch during the halftime break, and it showed on the scoreboard, as the Cavaliers opened the third quarter with five unanswered goals in a span of 5:04. Following a Neumann goal, the Cavaliers closed the period with three goals in three minutes, extending their lead to 14-3 with just 15 minutes to play.
The Cavaliers finished the day with 78 shots, the most the team has recorded since tallying 81 in a 27-2 win at Rosemont on April 10, 2013. Cabrini's 20 goals also tied a season-high, while its four man-up goals, 45 ground balls and 12 caused turnovers also ranked among the team's top performances of the season.
Klein and Tucker led the Cavaliers with six points each, combining for six goals and six assists. Morgan finished with three goals, while Krug and sophomore
Griffin Shira scored two each.
Senior
Nick Vass paired three caused turnovers and three ground balls, while sophomore
Nick Werner forced a pair of miscues. The sophomore also joined Waligurski with a team high four ground balls. Senior goaltender
Riley White scored the victory with one save and three ground balls.
Sophomore Eric Conlon scored three goals for Neumann, while freshman Drew Conlon added three points on a goal and two helpers. Sophomore Jack Newswanger went 13-22 at the faceoff spot with 12 ground balls. Freshman Brett McLaughlin anchored the defense with three caused turnovers and four ground balls, while junior goaltender Brendan Risley suffered the loss, despite 19 saves.
Cabrini Last Time Out: No. 7 Cabrini 23, Immaculata 4 (4/24/2019, Immaculata, PA)
Any doubt of the game's outcome was eliminated shortly after the opening whistle, as Cabrini scored five goals in the opening 5:40. The Cavaliers outshot the Mighty Macs 22-2 in the first half and 35-5 at the half, resulting in a 12-1 first quarter lead and a 17-2 cushion at the break.
Senior
Jordan Krug led all scorers with five goals, becoming the third player in program history to record 200 career goals. Classmate
Bill Morgan, who reached the 100 career point plateau in the win, and sophomore
Kyle Tucker tallied hat tricks, while junior
Jakob Klein paired a goal and four assists.
The Blue and White dominated at the faceoff spot, winning 26 of the game's 31 faceoffs. Sophomore
Matthew Ries went 10-11, while junior
Behn Worley claimed seven of his 11 chances. Senior
Nick Vass and freshman
Seamus Hogan caused two turnovers each, as the Blue and White forced 15 Immaculata miscues on the day.
All four of Cabrini's goaltenders saw 15 minutes of action, with White scoring the victory. Classmate

Chris Brady tallied four saves each.
Neumann Last Time Out: Neumann 10, Marywood 8 (4/27/2019, Aston, PA)
The Knights scored four consecutive goals late in the third quarter, snapping a 5-5 tie to secure their place in Wednesday's semifinal. Trailing 5-4 with five minutes left in the third quarter, junior Colin Blake and McLaughlin scored in a 12 second span before freshman Kyle Daly and Blake marked the scoring column to give Neumann an 8-5 lead entering the fourth quarter.
Marywood snapped the scoring streak early in the final stanza, but a Pacers penalty gave Neumann the opportunity to score two man-up goals to put the game away.
Blake finished the game with three goals and three assists, while Drew Conlon and McLaughlin added three point each. McLaughlin added five caused turnovers and four ground balls to his stat line, while junior TJ Huboky forced three Marywood miscues.
Newswanger dominated the faceoff X, winning 19 of his 21 changes ad securing 15 ground balls, while Drew Conlon added six ground balls. Risley scored the victory with 12 saves.
