In the newest edition of Cavalier Conversations, we sit down with Head Men's Lacrosse Coach and Assistant Director of Athletics for Recruitment and Retention Steve Colfer.

Over his 20 seasons on the Blue and White sidelines, Colfer has established the Cavaliers as one of the nation's top programs, regardless of NCAA Division, while climbing into the top 12 on the sport's all-time wins list.

Colfer dives into his coaching history, the program and the importance of his alums in the program's current success. We also discuss the highs of winning the 2019 NCAA championship and the lows of canceling the 2020 campaign.

Colfer also touches on the program's 25 for 25 fundraising campaign. The alumni led endeavor spurred a 2019 Championship viewing party over Memorial Day weekend 2020. The campaign raised more than $50,000 for the program, including a matching donation from the Dave Regn ('97) Family.
