Scouting the No. 1 Seeded Keystone College Giants
The Giants will enter the CSAC tournament as nine-time defending champions (dating back to 2009) and the No. 21st ranked team in the country according to NCBWA/D3Baseball.com. They boast an overall record of 29-9, including a 15-1 record in conference play.

The Blue and Orange are led by senior ace Troy Terzi. Terzi has compiled an impressive resume up to this point in his collegiate career, as he was named ABCA/Rawlings First Team Mid-Atlantic All-Region, D3baseball.com First Team Mid-Atlantic All-Region, CSAC Pitcher of the Year and First Team All-CSAC  in 2017 alone. He is putting together an even stronger season on the bump in 2018 as he owns an 8-1 record and a 1.42 ERA across 76 innings, both ranking tops in the CSAC. He has allowed just 49 hits, while striking out 81 batters.

Muhammad Hussein has paced the Giants' offense as he has posted a .439 batting average, 46 runs scored, 15 doubles, three home runs, 22 RBI's, and a .538 OBP.

Scouting the No. 2 Seeded Gwynedd Mercy University Griffins
The Griffins come into the tournament with an 18-12 overall record, including the second best conference mark at 12-4. The Griffins also stand as the only team in the CSAC to knock off Keystone as they topped the Giants by an 11-6 final on April 30th. They will be looking for their first conference title since the 2008 season.

Gwynedd is led offensively by Dave Tatoian. Tatoian has put together a solid campaign as he owns a .373 batting average, including 11 doubles, and has hit a team leading six home runs and knocked in 24 RBI's. He has struck out just eight times in 102 at bats and has posted a strong .716 slugging percentage.

Mike Di Ianni has paved the way for the Griffins' staff as he's posted a 2.76 ERA across a team leading 45.2 innings. His three complete games and 34 strikeouts are both team highs as well. Most telling, however, might be Di Ianni's .208 batting average against - a mark that ranks fourth among qualified starting pitcher in the conference (minimum 20 IP).

Defensively, however, the junior third baseman has been a bit of a liability as he owns a team worst .887 fielding percentage (among players that have started at least 30 games) and 13 errors.

The Knights pitching staff as been solid, highlighted by Kutter Endy and Grant Wallace. Endy and Wallace have posted a 2.08 ERA and 2.70 ERA, respectively, and have combined to throw nearly a quarter (77 innings) of the teams 321.1 total innings pitched. While Endy has nearly as many walks (15) as strikeouts (21), he boasts a team best .200 batting average against across 30.1 innings.

Winners of seven of their last nine, the Blue and White enter the tournament as one of the hottest teams in the CSAC.

The Cavs are paced offensively by rookie Mack McKisson, who boasts a triple slash (BA/OBP/SLG) of .434/.508/.628. While his .628 slugging percentage ranks sixth best in the conference, his batting average and on base percentage rank fifth.

Fellow rookie Corey Hunt as led the way for the Cavaliers' starting pitchers as the freshman owns a 3.91 ERA across 48.1 innings pitched. He currently leads the team with 25 strikeouts and is tied with classmate Griffin Hays with four victories.
