Senior basketball student-athlete Aaron Walton-Moss has been named the CabriniAthletics.com Student- Athlete of the Week for the week ending Sunday, November 23.
The senior averaged 18 points, 13.7 rebounds and eight assists to lead the Blue and White to a 3-0 week.
Walton-Moss recorded his first triple double of the season in Monday’s 91-85 win over rival Eastern. The senior scored 20 points, pulled down 13 rebounds and added 10 assists in the victory.
On Saturday, Walton-Moss was just two assists shy for what could have been his second triple double on the year. The senior netted 17 points and grabbed 11 rebounds in the 90-65 win over Purchase at the Hoopsville National Invitational Classic.
Walton-Moss, who was named to the weekend's All-Tournament Team, closed the weekend with a 17 point, 17 rebounds, six assist performance in a 68-61 win over No. 12 WPI on Sunday.
The Cavaliers will return to Nerney Field House on Saturday, as they host the 2014 Coaches vs. Cancer Classic. The event features three game, including Rosemont vs. Rowan at Noon, followed by Neumann vs. Penn State Abington.
Cabrini will close the day's action at 4:30, as it faces No. 7 Dickinson College (3-1).
