RADNOR, Pa. - Senior women’s basketball student-athlete Megan Decker has been named the CabriniAthletics.com Student-Athlete of the Week, for the week ending Sunday, January 25.
Last week, Decker led the Blue and White to a 3-0 week, with wins over Centenary, Immaculata and Neumann.
The senior scored 12 points, added nine rebounds, seven assists, three steals and two blocks in the 90-55 win over the Cyclones.
In the Cavaliers 71-40 win over the Mighty Macs, Decker finished with 11 points, 10 rebounds, five assists and three steals.
Decker closed out the week with one of her best performances in the Blue and White, finishing with a game high 20 points and 11 rebounds, while also adding four assists and two steals in the 61-52 win over the Knights.
On the season, Decker leads the Cavaliers in steals (2.2) and is second on the team in points per game (9.8), blocked shots (0.8), assists (2.8) and rebounds (8.1).
The senior ranks 18th in the Colonial States Athletic Conference in points per game, sixth in steals, seventh in assists and ninth in blocked shots.
Decker and the Cavaliers (15-3, 9-0 CSAC) will return to action Wednesday, when they visit Rosemont College (7-10, 3-5 CSAC). Game time is set for 6 p.m.
