RADNOR, Pa. – Senior men’s basketball student-athlete Aaron Walton-Moss has been named the CabriniAthletics.com Student-Athlete of the Week, for the week ending Sunday, March 1.
Last week, Walton-Moss led the Blue and White men to its seventh consecutive conference championship game. In Tuesday's 109-101 CSAC semifinal win over Gwynedd Mercy, the senior finished with 18 points, 13 rebounds, 13 assists, seven steals and two blocks, marking his ninth triple-double of the season.
On Friday, Walton-Moss tallied 31 points, 13 rebounds, five assists, two steals and a block, as the Cavaliers fell to Neumann University 93-92 in overtime.
Walton-Moss led the Cavaliers in scoring with 20.6 points, 8.8 assists, 11.7 rebounds and 2.1 steals per game. The senior also ranked second on the team in blocked shots with 0.8 per game.
Walton-Moss also led the CSAC in scoring, rebounding, assists and ranked second in the conference in minutes, averaging 36.4 per game.
The senior also closes his career as Cabrini's all-time leader with 1,641 points and 906 rebounds, while his 495 career assists rank third.
