Sophomore women's tennis student-athlete Elena Conway has been named the CabriniAthletics.com Student-Athlete of the Week ending Sunday, September 14.
Conway was perfect last week, winning all three of her singles and doubles matches against Rutgers University-Camden, Neumann University and Marywood University. The sophomore captured her victories in number 4 and 5 singles with straight set victories. Conway paired with senior Samantha Trumbo in number 2 doubles, winning their matches 8-4, 8-2, and 8-2, respectively.
Cabrini (4-2, 2-0 CSAC) returns to conference play this friday as it travels to Rosemont, Pa. to take on Rosemont College (0-5, 0-2 CSAC). First serve is scheduled for 4 p.m.
