Cabrini University Athletics

Senior Chris Lawler led the Cabrini golf team to a second-place performance at the Lebanon Valley College Invitational on April 5 and a sixth-place finish at the Elizabethtown College Invitational on April 8.

Lawler finished tied for first in the Elizabethtown Invite at Hershey Country Club, carding a season-best 1-over par round of 72. He listed 12th in the Lebanon Valley Invite at Lebanon Country Club, shooting 8-over par.

Lawler was also named the Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) Golfer of the Week on Monday. He is the two-time defending individual champion at the conference championship in 2008 and 2009.
